Welcome to UNITE FOR ALL,

We are a group of ordinary, rank-and-file Unite members, and we are from all the sectors and sections that make up our union.

Along with thousands of other Unite members we share a concern about the big and serious challenges facing Unite members and lay-activists in their workplaces.

We believe these challenges are so serious that the union must face up to the need for change and for urgent action to get to grips with these issues:

• The focus of the union on industrial matters
• Transparency on how members’ money is spent
• Responding to the rapidly changing world of work and the growth of the ‘Gig economy’
• Equality and fairness, in our union and the workplace
• Providing more direct support to our Reps when they need it most

These issues must become the priorities for the union – for its leadership, its executive, its officers and its Reps. We want our union to do a great job for its members, not grandstand and play politics while our membership declines.

The union’s resources must be re-deployed to meet these challenges. That applies especially to the hard-earned membership contributions of our members – our most important resource. Our members’ money must be made to work harder for our members’ benefit.
